Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
At Amar Goyna, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- All jewelleries are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Apparels return/exchange applicable only if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Parcel Opening video(without any pause or cut in between) is mandatory otherwise the issue will not be entertained.
- Customized or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at amargoyna2020@gmail.com or within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product.
- Refund/Exchange: If approved, you will receive a store credit or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
- To raise a complaint regarding the product sent email along with the Parcel Opening video at the given email id.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Amar Goyna holds the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
- Return policies may vary during promotional or sale periods.
- Please note: We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences.
